'it crashed' can mean different things to different people. Here's a good example. I pressed scan The scan progress window appeared for a few seconds Then the application quit with/without warning The progress bar did not more above 0% Please do not spend too long trying to diagnose the cause of the bug, concentrate your information on what happened.
