Very Freaky, sound in my speakers

I was listening to the radio online and it disconnected and i could hear a faint noise in the speakers.

I put my ear up to it and its a radio station that i know well!

I cant believe it!

I turn the volume all the way up or down but it doesnt matter.

I turn the computer off and i can still hear it!

Now im just debating whether to wake my dad up and show him so he'll believe me!

I wonder if your speakers could be receiving some interference as with most consumer electronic devices they have to accept interference yet can't produce it according to some law.

When I had my computer set up in my living room, I had the exact same thing happen! Sadly though, it was a local country station, so apparently my speakers don't have very good taste.

 

When I touched the volume dial (not adjusting it, but just putting my finger on it), the station came in more clearly and loudly. It was almost as if my body was acting like an antennae. Pretty crazy.

 

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one with possessed speakers!
