Installation Hangs @ Please help!

On several occasiona I have tried to update and install the most current version and I consistently hang at this point requiring CTRL-ALT-Del to unstick it:

Registering: C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCListView.ocx

Registering: C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCListBar.ocx

Registering: C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCTab.ocx

Registering: C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCHelper.ocx

Create shortcut: C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Desktop\CCleaner.lnk

Create shortcut: C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Start Menu\Programs\CCleaner\CCleaner.lnk

Create shortcut: C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Start Menu\Programs\CCleaner\Uninstall CCleaner.lnk

Output folder: C:\DOCUME~1\HP_ADM~1\LOCALS~1\Temp

Extract: ytb2.exe

Execute: "C:\DOCUME~1\HP_ADM~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\ytb2.exe" /s

Get the non toolbar version here: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds.aspx (Slim or basic version)

 

 

 

Jd thank you for your link assistance. This version installed and loaded nicely.

 

If I may ask further I have ongoing another problem that I thought might have been fixed by a clean install but continues:

TRY INSTALLING WITHOUT TICKING THE "YAHOO TOOLBAR" OPTION -- THAT APPEARS TO BE WHERE IT'S FALLING DOWN..
