thecaretaker
Got IE7 installed and CCleaner isn't clearing forms. Had to go to tools in IE7 to clear them. Does IE7 store form data in a different place to the old IE6? Anybody else noticed this?

I've got v1.34.407 that was issued on the 19th Oct. I did install over the top, I'll do a clean install and see if it fixes it.
thecaretaker
Nope, still not clearing forms. I completely uninstalled CCleaner via add/remove, re-installed a fresh download just in case the new version didn't overwrite all the files and checked the forms out. Still no joy! Mike...
I see I'm not the only who thinks that this particular cleaning option is not entirely working as it should. Regular forms perhaps, but I often see a username and password that have been remembered by IE7, even though I'm positive I've used CCleaner since. And no, I'm not talking about cookies I'm keeping. Edit: Yep, definitely still happening, the log-in info for these boards for example, was still there after a full CClean and reboot. And the forum cookie is not and never has been (just signed up...) in the to keep column...
