some file missing after using CClener

They are special folders and perhaps have become unregistered in the Windows registry. Perhaps DJLizard's Dial-a-fix can fix it.

 

Or in 'Control Panel->Appearance and Themes->Display->Desktop->Customize Desktop' they've become unticked, well that can get the My Documents folder back however there isn't an option to hide/unhide the Recycle Bin.
