HL Eng Posted December 19, 2019 Share Posted December 19, 2019 Hi, I have just paid and downloaded Recuva for my Windows 10. I accidentally deleted a few folder permanently, using shift+delete. However, using both scan and deep scan I cannot find the folders nor the files. Instead I was only able to recover 2 files in another unrelated folder. Kindly advice. Deleted directories contain names of files that don't necessarily exist, and index array offsets that are clearly invalid. I don't know why you can't find any files, I can't either. A scan of my disk reveals about 20 files from the documents folder, none of any use. Perhaps Win 10 behaves differntly from its predecessors.
