Have any method to insert symbol in folder name in ccleaner.ini ?

I wait to add the folder below in ccleaner.ini
C:\Windows\WinSxS\wow64_microsoft-windows-c..tionauthorityclient_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.17763.1_none_d29849b3c931b61d\certcli.dll

The problem is that in new updated system the folder name may be changed and is an long time to fix others several folders that I had added in ccleaner.ini.
Example
C:\Windows\WinSxS\wow64_microsoft-windows-c..tionauthorityclient_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.17763.1_none_d29849b3c931b61d\certcli.dll
may be changed to
C:\Windows\WinSxS\wow64_microsoft-windows-c..tionauthorityclient_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.17763.843_none_d29849b3c931b61d\certcli.dll

Have any method to insert symbol in folder name that search to delete same if the folder has name partially change ?
example
C:\Windows\WinSxS\wow64_microsoft-windows-c..tionauthorityclient_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.17763.******\certcli.dll
