Please Help Me Posted December 9, 2019 Share Posted December 9, 2019 ccleaner works on one of my desktops but won't on my other one. It always did before up until about 3-4 weeks ago. It stops less than a minute into a scan and then won't send an error message. Any thoughts on what may be wrong? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the same thing happens. What happens when you try to run it, where does it stop? Are you using Custom Clean or Easy Clean? What security software are you using?
