I've got my invoice in mail and everything except a 4x4 code to register the product. Company says it isn't showing up on my registered page. I have the deduction from paypal and invoice from them. I try to log in and can not. And this is what is really suspect. I click on forgot password (in case the password I am using is wrong), and it repeatedly comes with We're sorry, the page your blah blah blah. Would you like to return to these pages? The pages are sales sites, not a log in type. It is very fishy. I've used their products for years and paid them the past 3, but after this rip off, it will be the last. If I didn't know the company at all, I would be 100 percent convinced it was a scam due to the password thing alone. .... I've once again contacted their support. Previous emails were rebuffed with Order Overview information which shows the previous years but not my purchase in November of 2019. So this time, I've included pdf files proving the purchase both from them and from paypal. We will see. ... It doesn't show on my orders with the company. So something is off. Probably should have just continued to work with them on it instead of venting on here. ______________ Yes. The last email sent with the pdf attachments did the trick. The issue has been resolved. At least my issue with the license. The website password thing, I don't know. Our login page is currently unavailable, thus the 404 error. I am following up with the relevant team to improve the messaging on the page as I can see how it can be confusing to users - thank you for your feedback on this .
