742ph
Hi, I just recovered a damaged (text) file that was showing what seemed to be binary data when I opened it after a computer crash ! Murphy's law was in effect, because (for some reason I'm still wondering about) I hadn't backed it up yet since I started working on it about a week ago. In other words Recuva saved me about a weeks worth of work ! So, thank you so much for creating such fine software like Ccleaner, which I'm already familiar with, and now also Recuva. I only just tried it because I was out of options and it came up on a google search. I almost gave up because it seemed that Recuva couldn't help out. But then I came across a site via a search which helped in recovering the damaged file. For anyone also searching for this, you can find it here. Thanks !
