Cleanergirl Posted November 6, 2019 Share Posted November 6, 2019 Ccleaner told me to lock my phone and all applications to prevent intruders from snooping on it. In order to fully lock my phone, I had to select and set a certain pattern -- by dragging my finger to connect some actual dots. Then, Ccleaner told me I was supposedly "all set." When I tried to access my phone again, Ccleaner refused to accept the original pattern that I set. Now, I cannot access my phone at all. Can someone please help me?!
