sbukosky Posted October 16, 2019 Share Posted October 16, 2019 Ccleaner skips speed and security because it says I'm offline. I'm not. I also have this on my other computer. That is on my cable modem and this one is tethered to my cell phone. I run the latest update of Windows 10 and have Malwarebytes running and Microsoft Security.
