Lost licence information for Adobe and Microsoft Accounts

When I run CCleaner in custom clean mode, I usually have to re-enter my password etc for both my Adobe CC and Microsoft Office accounts afterwards. I think it must be deleting key files on my C drive which record my licence details, but I cannot find the affected files. For Adobe, this is an inconvenience (I use 2 stage verification, so it also requires a code from my phone). For Microsoft (predictably) it is more involved, requiring several sign ins, something about logging into Microsoft Home (I think that's the right title) which I cannot get to work, and re-entering my Google email details for Outlook.

Can anyone help please?

See if it has anything with either product needing particular cookies to remain left intact on your computer. In CCleaner you can configure the Cookies to Keep, instructions:
