Also after I completed registration for all the products, never receive any confirmations for my email either. Failing that, DM me your order number (do not post personal information on the public forum) and email address that you used when purchasing and we'll see if we can find your information. If you purchased the Pro Plus bundle, note that there is only one serial key issued - and it will work on all 4 products. They're really good about settling license problems. They are quite busy but should get back to you. I'd leave the old lic key if it's not really expired.
