Moderators mta Posted July 29, 2019 Moderators Share Posted July 29, 2019 as long as the reviewer is knowledgeable and trustworthy and the rating gets multiple, independent reviews. would be very prone to misuse however. plus there are already programs in that space specifically designed to detect malware and viruses. Moderators Andavari Posted July 31, 2019 Moderators Share Posted July 31, 2019 Sounds alright for a download manager and one such program has that feature along with comments to sort of be a warning before installing a program, and an anti-malware program has that feature to rate programs in a list. But for it to be in CCleaner and if it were malware, well then it's already too late since it would be on the system.
