zammer
System Restore on my CC Pro doesn't show any restore points.
Moderators Augeas Posted July 11, 2019 Moderators Share Posted July 11, 2019 It doesn't on mine either, because I'm running Win 10 and the default is sys restore disabled.
zammer
Thank you. I'm also running 10. Whose default is "restore disabled," Windows or CC? Can it be enabled? I feel like I paid for something with CC Pro that I'm not getting.
zammer
(Doesn't CCPro paid include product support, not community?) Use dupe files finder, check files to be deleted, click DELETE. Almost none (perhaps none) of selected files are deleted. System Restore is blank. CCPro. Windows

Moderators nukecad Posted July 12, 2019 Moderators Share Posted July 12, 2019 It's a setting in Windows, see this for how to turn it on/off : https://www.thewindowsclub.com/system-restore-disabled-turn-on-system-restore-windows EDIT: Once you have turned it on it will take some days/weeks for Windows to build up a list of restore points. You can manually create one straight away when you turn it on, there is a 'Create' button, see the first screenshot in the link above. Then Windows creates them on a schedule, or when there is a Windows Update, PS. Note that is the free version, Manage Restore points is not only a CC Pro feature it's in the Free version too. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Yes it does - but for issues relating to both the free and paid product, mentioning it here (if it's not already covered in a previous post or in the product documentation or FAQ files) can benefit the rest of the community who may be looking for the same thing.
