CCleaner disapears

Can you give a little bit of info please?

What operating system are you using?

What build number of CCleaner are you using?

Has this just started recently?

Did you have any problem with CCleaner before this started happening?

What anti-virus do you use?

Hi,

sorry for answering so late, I'm from the Netherlands, so probably in a different time zone.

I just woke up. I've got windows 8.1. Intel core i3-4005U - CPU. I just bought CCleaner, so it must be the latest version.

And it almost started immediately. Anti-virus is just windows defender.

Uninstall the version off CCleaner you have.

Download the SLIM build from here to your machine.

 https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds

Install it and see what happens now.

By the way when you download do things go to your download folder?

Have you moved anything such as Program Files etc to another drive?

Is there just you using the machine?

Is Win 8.1 up to date?
