Very likely that once released, ccleaner will clean up after it. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Although until it is actually released to the general public, tuning and tweaks for Chrome etc will tend to come higher up on the priorities list.
