Markj57 Posted April 24, 2019 Share Posted April 24, 2019 I have CCleaner Free 1.15.507 running on a Macbook Pro. I have used CCleaner for years without trouble. I went to run it and it asked me to upgrade to 1.15 so I did. Now whenever I run it, it hangs at 93% while looking at Google Chrome Internet Cache. I have uninstalled and reinstalled CCleaner, rebooted, done all the basics. This is the screen where it stops working. Any suggestions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. nikkay Posted January 10, 2020 Share Posted January 10, 2020 Nergal, I'm having the exact same problem running 1.17 on Mac OS 10.14, hanging at the same spot, with Chrome closed and sync turned off. Pabloache Posted March 3, 2020 Share Posted March 3, 2020 Me too. I have Mac OS 10.14.6 and the 1.17 CC hangs in 72% with Chrome closed. BUT...
