Issue continues -- not fixed. First reported in October and Piriform said they were working on a fix. Hasn't happened. See this Piriform announcement to get around it (if you want) by group policy (Win 10 Pro) or registry editing (Win 10 Home). https://www.ccleaner.com/docs/ccleaner/troubleshooting/how-to-disable-pre-launching-and-pre-loading-so-ccleaner-can-fully-clean-edge Also note -- new version of CCleaner will notify cleaning is needed after you reach 1GB of junk files.
