CCleaner removes office default program link.

Hi all,

 

First off, I'm new here, so bear with me

The issue am having is the following: i have set up ccleaner to automatically clean my pc every week. I have done this for two weeks now, and after both times when opening office (word, excel and powerpoint) it tells me it is not the default program, where it didn't before. I used the office auto-repair but it happened again. What could be the cause of this? Should i turn off a specific option to fix this?

Open CCleaner, click the Applications (tab), scroll down and disable/untick everything that reads of Office or MS Office.

Are you cleaning the registry or just the cleaner tool?
