I am not familiar with going about trying to restore the files that I deleted. I went to CCleaner, saw there was a tab for TOOLS, which brings me to the SYSTEM RESTORE panel. In there are System Restore files, by Date and Time and Description. Can someone please help me with directions on what I need to do to restore my information. I so much appreciate it. trium Posted February 16, 2019 Share Posted February 16, 2019 hello trnew, from ccleaner -> tools -> system restore... you can only see the restore points and if you want ... delete this or another one for more hd-space. if you want a system restore -> take the windows-way (in german Systemsteuerung -> Wiederherstellung -> Systemwiederherstellung öffnen) in english perhaps "Control Panel -> Recovery - Open Systemrecovery" ps: windows 8.1 - i dont know what exactly the way is in w10...
