cherry1 Posted February 12, 2019 Share Posted February 12, 2019 I done a deep clean hoping to retrieve my lost files. I waited an hour as expected, but through the whole time it stayed on Stage 1 of 3. It then ended with no files at all. Can anyone tell me why this happened?
