unknownguy
I found this link https://www.ccleaner.com/docs/ccleaner/advanced-usage/ccleaner-ini-files/how-to-clean-user-data-from-non-standard-mozilla-browsers But how do I add a Chrome/Chromium custom webbrowser? It would be nice to be able to automatic clean it when closed. The bad thing is that this custom webbrowser doesn't have clean on exit.
Moderators Nergal Posted November 2, 2018 Moderators Share Posted November 2, 2018 Replace FIREFOX with CHROME in the custom location to clean a chrome not already covered by the chrome entries ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. unknownguy
Does it need to go to the profile or does it need to go to the executable?

unknownguy
I tried both registry and the file, nothing works. I use: CustomLocation1=CHROME|C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\Default

Moderators Andavari Posted November 3, 2018 Moderators Share Posted November 3, 2018 Working Example, just copy in the full path to your profile folder (doesn't matter if it's the installed version, or a portable version): CustomLocation1=CHROME|C:\PortableApps\IronPortable\Profile
