Firefighter731 Posted September 7, 2018 Share Posted September 7, 2018 Hi, I pressed the delete button with apparently the directory highlighted on my external drive where I was storing photos and scans of very old photos. I downloaded the free version of several different programs ....... most did what most free stuff does, nothing. Recuva lists 4 files, and 507 ignored files after a 37 hour scan. I have tried deleting filters, etc. to no avail. Windows 10 with a Seagate 4G external drive. P.S. Seagate software scanned and says they can be recovered, I can even look at the photos.
