I am using the latest version of CCleaner and it is not functioning properly as it will not perform the cleaning function following analysis. As soon as I click on the clean button and the continue button the program closes. A computer restart does no good as all the items found are still there when you open the application. My OS is Windows 7. I have been using CCLEANER regularly for many years and have never encountered any issues until today. Can anybody assist me? Kerrence Posted August 5, 2018 Author Share Posted August 5, 2018 When I disengaged (exited) my Kaspersky Total Security program, CCleaner operated properly so it appears to be a problem caused by Kaspersky and I'll have to take up the issue with them.
