A SSD still accumulates junk files and temporary files so yes still of use.  Just don't use multiple wipes or clear freespace/use drive wiper tool

 

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

Secure Deletion and Wipe Free Space/Drive Wiper are rather pointless on an SSD and will only wear it out faster, and defrag tools are not needed whatsoever as they'll also wear it out faster.

There's free tools like CrystalDiskInfo Portable that will tell the Percent Life Used of an SSD as part of the S.M.A.R.T. status.
