JohnRuck1985
Hello all! I have a question, I recently started a new job and had to turn in my work laptop from my old company. I had purchased CCleaner using my old companies work email address. I no longer have access to that email address to reset my CCLeaner account. I am trying to install CCleaner on my brand new laptop. I sent support a email about this but no response. What can I do?

Moderators mta Posted July 2, 2018 Moderators Share Posted July 2, 2018 if the license applies to a PC (rather than a user), then I don't think you are entitled to reuse it on another. as to your old work email, can't you log into your Member area and in Account Settings, update your Email Address? Backup now & backup often. It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last. JohnRuck1985
It's strange because I only have two email addresses. One for work and one for personal. I have tried both email addresses and I get the following error: Sorry, we can't find a license associated with that email address. Please make sure this is the email address you used when you made your purchase, and that you entered it correctly.
