ShazRiley
I have a corrupted 32GB micro SD card that I'm trying to backup before formatting. I cannot access any files so Recuva seemed my ideal solution (My deceased husbands music collection is on this card so its very important to me) I asked Recuva to look for all and any music file on removable disk E and instantly got the message "[E:] Unable to determine file system" and nothing was recovered. Can anyone help? I can't seem to do anything with this SD card now and it would seem I have lost my hubbies music collection altogether, any help would be gratefully received. tulippa
Hi Can't help I'm afraid but just wanted to say I'm having exactly the same problem trying to recover some important work files and getting the same error message. I have contacted the Recuva support centre but have received no reply. Not happy that I have paid for a data recovery service that doesn't even start to try to recover the data and that the support advertised seems to be non existent. Sorry to hear about your husband - I hope you get the music back.
