knny b
I am having a difficult time recovering my Quick-books files from a crashed Windows 10 Pro/Windows 7 Ultimate disk. I actually am confused as to what to look for in my recovery panel of Recuva
Moderators mta Posted December 10, 2017 Moderators Share Posted December 10, 2017 g'day @knny b and welcome, so which OS do you have; WIn10 or WIn7? what is your version of Quickbooks? old versions used a .DAT file, newer ones use a .MYO file. also the default location of the company file changes with the versions; either Program Files\QuickBooks or \Public Documents if you use a network version. Backup now & backup often. It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
