It's Second generation Core I5, Sandy Bridge. I don't have a a service to host an image so I'm going to try to copy the information, to the best of my ability Error opening file for writing: C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner64.exe Click Abort to stop the installation Retry to try again, or Ignore to skip this file. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much, Bill N. Long Island, New York

Then click retry - or if, exited installer, rerun installer. Edit: what windows version are you using, you gave a bunch of unneeded info of your pc but left that detail out.
