JDPower
As the title says. Trying to access the forum on FF at the mo gives the following (just informing in case it's something Piriform need to chase up with Mozilla): Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to forum.piriform.com. The OCSP server suggests trying again later. Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_TRY_SERVER_LATER The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
Moderators Nergal Posted August 1, 2016 Moderators Share Posted August 1, 2016 Same firefox mobile Gives me errors when trying to moderate via tapatalk too. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Moderators Nergal Posted August 1, 2016 Moderators Share Posted August 1, 2016 Found very temporary fix Go to about:config Search ocsp Toggle security.ssl.enable_ocsp_must_staple To false and the website loads. However I DO NOT SUGGEST OTHERS DOING THIS without or another firefox wiz explains. Of note (at least as of a year ago) this issue, web as a whole not piriform specific, is seen on internet explorer and firefox but not chrome. It's due to ssl stapling It seems, according to my research so far, somehow connected to bad ssl certificate ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Moderators Nergal Posted August 1, 2016 Moderators Share Posted August 1, 2016 https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=forum.piriform.com All the way at bottom, OCSP failure is the issue. Chrome/clones should be unaffected, though I've read some opera (chrome clone now right?) reports from of another issue today which I wonder is related ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
