My suggestions

Hi Piriform Team,

 

I work as an IT-technician in Sweden and often use CCleaner in work (not cloud) in daily basis to clean and speed up computers. This saves me a lot of time, thanks.

But I use the Cloud option on daily basis as well to manage some computers on in my fathers company. (and to monitor some private servers)

 

My toughs with this suggestions is to make CCleaner Cloud a more high end, professional tool with many functions. It's really something great started already. It has a clean, fast and powerful UI but sadly misses some important functions to make it super great! 

 

List to make CCleaner Cloud super great:

• Option to hide the CCleaner Agent icon
• Taking screen shots remotely from web interface
• HTML 5 real-time-view of computers screen (both silently and marked for user, good for troubleshooting and parental control)
• Friendly keylogger with alerts on specific words
• Being able to make configure all settings without the need of the computer to be online (push out when comes online again)
• Opportunity to change the hostfile in purpose to block specific websites
• Builtin antivirus and remote scan
• Let us upload the Windows Installer files on our account as an option to Dropbox
• Add Google Drive option for manage Windows Installer files
• Monitor selected processes with alert e-mail (both when started and ended)
• Application for iPhone, Android and Windows Phone to manage the service
• Agent install on iPhone, Android and Windows Phone
• Extend the limit of 10 installed agents in Professional subscription to 20 agents (if mobile agents comes)
• Location request and web camera snapshot, lock down mode and remote delete files (if the computer gets stolen)
• In-build ticket system so end user can submit ticket to CCleaner Account owner (for troubleshooting)
• Event e-mail when CPU, RAM or disc space reaches a certain percentage
• Event e-mail when hardware component is replaced (check on startup and comparing)
• Fault detector with email event when component start to crash. I don't know how the technical part of this suggestion is possible or not but maybe some check with the event viewer?
• More subscriptions alternatives, not just 10 computers on "Home Pro". Please make small business with like 20-30 manageable computers. The step after 10 computers is to juicy.

If these features comes I would happily pay around 10-20 dollars / month (for professional subscription). Totally worth it in my meaning, compared to similar services 

 

From what I have understand, Piriform do not respond to all suggestions but I would appreciate some feedback and toughs on my ideas.

Perhaps as you are already using Ccleaner in a work situation and therefore have a business license, I'm sure Piriform would be willing to listen to your ideas if you contact them

Thanks for the response on my post.

 

I don't use a business license on my work. I use the free version on different computers. It's not that all on my work have CCleaner installed the scenario is more like costumers comes to us with slow PC's etc and then I download CCleaner to speed them up and clean up some junk files, meanwhile I focus on the real problem with the computer.

 

I tough this was one way to contact them? But this list is just suggestions to the Cloud application
