Defraggler Erroring on WHS v1 Server

I recently installed Defraggler on my WHS v1 Server and have been getting Application Errors - e.g. -

 The Server has a Gigabyte GA-MA69GM-S2H m/b with 2gb of memory with an AMD Sempron Processor LE-1150 running under Windows Home Server 2003 Power Pack 2. The program seems to work OK when run from the desktop. Any ideas?
