My phone is indeed in Mass Storage Mode, and under Disk Management I don't see the phone drive neither. I hope someone can help me with this. My phone is a Samsung S4, thanks in advance! If disc manager doesn't see it there's not much any recovery program can do. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
