trium Posted August 8, 2015 Share Posted August 8, 2015 hi, when using the ccleaner in agomo with the same settings as in ccleaner: --> agomo means the shortcuts are ready for cleaning but its wrong. but this shortcuts are present and ccleaner means this too with me. ccleaner agomo ccleaner details of start menu shortcuts details of desktop shortcuts "usb dvd-downloadtool f w 7" is installed. but the last 4 entrys are possible ready for cleaning: C:\Users\UpdatusUser\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programme\Documents.ink C:\Users\UpdatusUser\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programme\Pictures.ink for "Programme" i have no access (access denied) C:\Users\UpdatusUser\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Documents.ink C:\Users\UpdatusUser\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Pictures.ink in "Programs" are only the german versions "Dokumente.ink" and "Bilder.ink" is this a english/german windows-version-thing?
