Fragmentation after DF is higher than before

After I use DF my disk fragmentation is higher then when it started and I am loosing disk space.  I have tried 5 times with the 2 different version (Haven't tried the new one yet).  I figured out that when DF gets to 80% it either stops or it finishes within 2 minutes.  I have looked on the forums and have checked the Stop VSS and both in the custom settings.

Any help?

What version of windows?

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

run DF with the PC in Safe Mode and see if it performs better.

Backup now & backup often.
It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.
Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.

select 'more options' and select to clean up all but the last restore point.
