Speccy not detecting EVGA X79 SLI motherboard & socket correctly

Recommended Posts

I bought this motherboard in 2012, back when the motherboard and socket were still pretty new. I was hoping Speccy would get updated and the bug would get fixed. It didn't though so I'd like to bring the bug to your attention. : )

Currently Speccy displays this...

  • ETI 132-SE-E775 (SOCKET 0)

Maybe the correct thing to display in Speccy would be...

  • EVGA X79 SLI 132-SE-E775-KR (LGA 2011)

Thanks for looking into this.
