rjo98
I'm not sure what exactly it's supposed to clean for that, but is there a way to have it clear that Open Recent menu? or maybe something in winapp2 that could be added?
Moderators Nergal Posted February 13, 2014 Moderators Share Posted February 13, 2014 I think that the Recent list is stored in the setting file, thus it's cleaning isn't possible (this was the case with previous CS and Elements cleaning) ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. rjo98
Thanks. Would anyone happen to know what folder that file would be in most likely?
Moderators DennisD Posted March 11, 2014 Moderators Share Posted March 11, 2014 If it helps, you can delete the "Settings" file by holding down the Alt, Ctrl, and Shift keys as PhotoShop launches. Works with my CS4 ... The file itself, in my case, is Adobe "Photoshop CS4 Prefs.psp" found here ... "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4\Adobe Photoshop CS4 Settings" Probably the same with later versions.
