nobu_us
Hi all, I have started to use the CCleaner for Windows 7 for a couple of months. I have a question about Tools > Startup > Context Menu. I see three same files ***.dll, but different "Key"s, one is "Directory", another is "Drive", and the other is "File". Please see the attachment file. Do I need these three lists? What does it mean "Key" and how does it work? Would someone explaine it for me? Thank you! /Nobu/
Moderators Nergal Posted July 27, 2013 Moderators Share Posted July 27, 2013 (edited) It relates to the item being right clicked Sophos has 3 because if you right click on a drive you have the option to scan it; and the same for each a directory and a file. VLC on the other hand can only play files so it only has a context menu entry when a file is right clicked unsure about last sentence as your image show it as directory. Edited July 27, 2013 by Nergal ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
