Log-in information being deleted, is CCleaner doing this?

Cookies to keep (under options>cookies)

if not post your browser type (chrome, Firefox, opera, ie,safari)

 

just to make sure are you using the community-written winapp2.ini file or any other sort of "ccleaner enhancing" items?

No. Never heard of it until you mentioned it.

No. I wasn't aware of them either. I wonder what I'm missing. Anything useful?

list your Operating System, CCleaner version and browser.

 

in the meantime; in Cleaner, Windows, untick Cookies.

and as @Nergal said; in Options, Cookies, add the sites you want CC to keep

 

what are the sites that are losing your passwords?

are you running your browser in 'private mode'?
