Moderators DennisD Posted April 13, 2013 Moderators Share Posted April 13, 2013 Hi Florian, and welcome to the forum. As far as I'm aware, the only differences are the "Priority Technical Support" from the dev team for the Pro version, and it may have "Auto Updating". Not having seen or tried the Pro version I'm not sure on the latter. As far as functionality goes, they are the same. http://www.piriform....recuva/download Features: (Pro and Free version)
Moderators Nergal Posted April 13, 2013 Moderators Share Posted April 13, 2013 Function-wise Recuva pro offers to create a vhd (virtual hard drive) backup before continuing as of 1.44. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
