Windows cannot find '"CCleaner64.exe"'...

Recommended Posts

Hi, I just made an account for this problem specifically as it's been bugging me for a while now.

Whenever I try to use the Windows search bar to find CCleaner it pops up with the error

'Windows cannot find '"CCleaner64.exe"'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.'

If I right-click on the file in the start menu and open file location, I'm then able to click on either the 32/64bit programs without a problem. This happens with Speccy too and it used to happen with Defraggler until I re-installed it. Re-installation did nothing for CCleaner or Speccy however. As far as I am aware these are the only programs on my PC that are affected in such a way.

This is hardly a major problem, but when I do come to use either of them it's a bit of an annoyance so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
