Router default passwords

does what link where? And why?

hazelnut's link links to…wait for it…a site with default passwords to router brands

Ok, well, this is weird.

 

On my system, that link Hazel posted goes directly to my router settings (Both in IE9 & FF 17.01).

However, if input that page via proxy server, it does display router password page.

 

Not sure why it does that on my system. Thought it was weird.

Super Fast - is there any possibility you have been hacked and your password cracked,

and now you are blocked from information on default passwords for the same reason that Conficker blocked Antivirus scanning sites from its victims :ph34r:

I love a good Conspiracy Theory :rolleyes:

I don't believe that to be the case.

 

Something in the system settings may be causing it.

I will be clean-installing Windows sometime in the next month or so, which may clear it up (if it is only system settings causing it).

 

I change a lot of things whilst experimenting with reg keys & what they do.
