Super Fast
It makes opening CCleaner take 1 click, instead of 2. Windows normally tells you a program (CCleaner) wants to run, & prompts you to allow it.
Bellzemos
Oh, of course - it's called SkipUAC. I didn't see that before. Well, I have UAC set to never notify, so I guess I can simply delete that line, right? Thank you.
Super Fast
If you have UAC disabled, yes, you can uncheck for CCleaner to skip UAC in options, & it will disable that task.
Moderators Nergal Posted October 24, 2012 Moderators Share Posted October 24, 2012 If you have UAC disabled, yes, you can uncheck for CCleaner to skip UAC in options, & it will disable that task. for clarification sake, it'll remove the task completely, not disable it. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
