RGradeless
There is a 'peculiarity' of the way Ccleaner performs in relation to the McAfee SecurityCenter software for anti-virus and other security checks. McAfee creates a number of log and work files. The number of these files grows over a period of weeks to about 30 to 40. When a new release of Ccleaner is installed and run these McAfee files are detected and deleted. Subsequent runs of this release of Ccleaner detect these files but they are not deleted until the next release of Ccleaner is installed and run. It's not clear why a new release of Ccleaner should delete these files but subsequent runs of the same release should not delete them. RG
