Alan_B
re "Added Option to close running browsers when cleaning" Does this only close the Browser Application, or will it also close lingering browser and plugin-container processes ? Guest MrT
Currently, it will try to close all running instances of Thunderbird, Mozilla and Chromium based browsers.
Alan_B
Thanks. That should decimate the complaints received about CCleaner warning that the browser needs to be closed and the user has already done so.
kroozer
Check your settings. All my cookies were moved to the Delete Column, and Secure File Deletion was switched to Normal. Edit. Also many of my settings in Windows/Apps tabs were changed. Edit 2. The above trubbs were on my Win7 64-bit pc. Just now installed on the Vista 32- bit, and no trubbs yet detected. Both downloaded from hippo.
