n8399 Posted February 8, 2012 Author Share Posted February 8, 2012 Happy to report disabling VSS... solved problem Defraggler 2.09.391 >Settings >Options >Advanced >Advanced Should have noted Win 7 stopped Defraggler shortly after program startup.
