NoMercy2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Share Posted January 26, 2012 im using the latest version of ccleaner (3.15.1643) and I get this error when I start ccleaner: "there is no disk in the drive.please insert a disk into drive D:"but I noticed I only get this error after I use my disk drive. and the only way I can close this error is by killing the process and then clicking cancel. I've used ccleaner for along time and love the program but this error is annoying. my system specs are: Windows 7 Home Premium x64 Intel core I3 2.53 GHz 4GB ram 500GB Hard Drive if any of that info helps I don't no if anyone else is having this problem but I hope there's a fix for it soon I also included a snapshot of the error im getting: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This seems to be a Windows bug, but folk have successfully worked around it, and in doing so, have fixed it.
