Defraggler crashes on only one HDD in Windows XP

I've had this problem for quite some time, at least back as far as Defraggler 2.06 but I'm unsure of when it started or what changes there might have been to the system that caused it. Not a big help, I know.

Defraggler runs perfectly on one of my HDDs, my D: drive. But it crashes every single time I run it on my C: drive. So I'm fairly certain it's not really a Defraggler bug, that it is something wrong with the system, but I'm hoping someone may be able to help me figure out what.

I just ran CHKDSK with these results:

Checking file system on C:
The type of the file system is NTFS.

A disk check has been scheduled.
Windows will now check the disk.
Cleaning up minor inconsistencies on the drive.

I've also attached my latest debug log, which was generated by Defraggler immediately after the CHKDSK run.

If anyone can help at all, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
